How to verify your account?

24-hour Withdrawal Limit: Increased from $1,000 (on registration) to $10,000.

Monthly Withdrawal Limit: Increased from $10,000 to $35,000.

24-hour Withdrawal Limit: Increased from $10,000 to $1,000,000.

After logging in, click on the circle with your initials in the top-right corner of your client area, and select Verification from the dropdown menu.

Once in the verification section, you'll see what each verification level enables. Click the Upgrade button to start the process.

A form will appear asking you to choose your country (Note: US citizens cannot use XBTFX services). After selecting your country, click Continue.

On the next page, upload a valid identification document.

Choose the country that issued the document, select the document type, and upload clear photos of it.

Click Next to proceed.

Follow the instructions to complete the Liveness Check, which verifies you are present in real-time.

Double-check that all documents are correct and complete.

Click Next to submit your verification request.

After submission, our compliance team will review your documents. If everything is in order, your account will be upgraded to Level 1 Verification.

Click on the circle with your initials in the top-right corner of your client area, and select Verification from the dropdown menu.

Once you're on the verification page, click the Upgrade button to start the Level 2 verification process.

A form will appear asking you to upload a Proof of Residence document.

The form will specify the types of documents that are accepted. Please upload one of the accepted documents and then click Next.

After uploading your Proof of Residence document, a new page will appear where you can review and edit your uploaded document if necessary.

Once you've confirmed everything is correct, click Next.
