Managing investors and rollovers
Open your strategy from Invest → My strategies. The tabs used on this page are Investors, Requests and Overview.
Your investors
The Investors tab lists everyone in the strategy, with the count on the tab itself. For each investor you see:
- their current value, live,
- their pool share,
- fees awaiting settlement,
- any requests or payments still in progress.
Details on a row adds their units held, the unit price now, and the unit price at the last rollover. Units are a count, not money. The value column is the money figure.
Removing an investor
The button you get depends on whether the investor still holds units.
| Investor | Button | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Still invested | Schedule removal | A full withdrawal is queued for the next rollover. Their money is paid to their wallet, then their membership closes. |
| At 0 units | Remove investor | Their membership closes straight away. Nothing is paid and nothing is charged. |
If neither button shows, a request or payment for that investor is still in progress. That’s on purpose: it stops a removal from colliding with money that’s already moving. Once it has settled, the button comes back.
The request queue
The Requests tab lists everything waiting for the next rollover: new investments, withdrawals and investors joining. Each row shows the amount, which is an estimate until the rollover, and in the Executes column, when it will be processed.
A row marked Won’t execute shows the reason next to it. If there’s no reason, contact support.
Running a rollover
Run rollover processes everything in the queue now, at the current unit price, instead of waiting for the scheduled time. Portal asks you to confirm first.
- On a Manual strategy this is the only way rollovers happen.
- On a scheduled strategy it adds an extra rollover. The regular schedule carries on as before.
Bear in mind that everyone in the queue gets the unit price at the moment you run it, not the price at the scheduled time.
A rollover can be refused. The message tells you why. The usual reasons are:
- the master account doesn’t have enough free cash or free margin to pay the withdrawals in the queue, or
- a payment from an earlier rollover is still settling.
Free up margin or wait for the earlier payment, then run it again.
Performance and the master account
The Overview tab shows the strategy’s performance, assets under management and investor count, plus a read only summary of the master account: balance, equity, open profit and loss, and free margin.
The trading report tabs break the strategy’s trading down further: summary, risk, timing and symbols.
Closing a strategy
A strategy can only be closed when no investor holds any units. Before closing, use Schedule removal for anyone still invested and let the rollover pay them out, or wait for them to withdraw.
Closing the strategy doesn’t touch the balance of the master account.
