Affiliate Program

The Affiliate program pays a single amount for each client you refer who deposits, trades enough to qualify and passes review. One payment per client, sized by their first deposit and by the region they are in. After that the client’s trading earns you nothing further, which is the trade against the IB program and its recurring rebates.

The portal calls that payment a bounty. Everything below lives under Earn, on the Affiliate Dashboard tab.

What a referral pays

Rates are per qualified client. Regions group countries, and the same deposit pays different amounts depending on which one the client falls into.

BandFirst depositRegion 1Region 2Region 3
Diamond$20,000 and above$1,850$1,100$650
Platinum$5,000 to $19,999$1,000$600$350
Gold$2,000 to $4,999$500$300$180
Silver$500 to $1,999$200$120$70
Bronze$100 to $499$50$30$20

The band is keyed to the first deposit, which is what the column says. If you are counting on a client topping up later to lift the referral into a higher band, check that with your partner manager rather than assuming it.

Which countries sit in which region is not published on the rate card. Your partner manager confirms the regions that apply to your traffic when you are approved.

How a referral becomes payable

Five steps, and the dashboard lays them out in the same order:

  1. Refer. A trader signs up through your link.
  2. First deposit. Their first deposit starts the qualification window.
  3. Trade to target. They trade enough to reach the revenue target before that window closes.
  4. Review. XBTFX reviews the referral for quality.
  5. Paid. The bounty is settled to your account.

Two things in there catch people out. The clock does not start when someone registers, it starts when they fund, so a signup that never deposits is not on any window at all. And reaching the target is not the last step: the referral still goes through review before it pays.

The revenue target itself, the length of the window and the KYC level required are not published. They are shared with approved affiliates by their partner manager, so confirm yours before you plan a campaign around them.

Reading the dashboard

The header carries your partner code, which looks like AFF-000014, and two buttons: Copy sign-up link goes straight to registration, Copy marketing link goes to the website. Under it sit four tiles: referrals, pending payout, this month and lifetime paid.

Three tabs below that.

Your referrals

Every referral is in one of four states:

In progressTrading toward the target
Awaiting payoutQualified and in review
PaidBounty settled
Didn’t qualifyExpired, or not eligible

The list itself shows client IDs only in part, for the referred client’s privacy. You can see the state of a referral without seeing who they are.

Didn’t qualify is worth watching rather than ignoring. It is where referrals land when the window closed before the target was reached, and a pattern of them says something about the traffic rather than about the program.

Pipeline

The funnel, over 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time. Seven stages: clicks, registrations, KYC verified, first deposit, qualifying, qualified, paid. A toggle switches the numbers to conversion from the previous stage.

This is the tab that tells you where you are losing people. Clicks that never register is a landing page problem. Registrations that never deposit is a different one. Qualifying that never becomes qualified means they funded and then did not trade enough.

Earnings

Money over the same ranges: paid in range, pending, paid lifetime, and clawbacks.

A clawback reverses a bounty that has already been paid. The tile shows none in range when there are none, so a figure appearing there is worth asking about rather than assuming it is a display quirk. Your partner manager can say what triggered it.

Sub-affiliates

Refer other affiliates and you earn an additional 5% of what they earn, on top of what your own referrals pay you.

Tracking

Tracking links carry sub-IDs, so you can split traffic by campaign, placement or creative and see which one produced a deposit. API and postback support is available for feeding conversions back into your own systems.

Alongside that come promotional material in several languages, a choice of payout methods and a dedicated partner manager.

A conversion appearing in your reporting is not the same as a qualified referral. The pipeline stages exist precisely because the two are different and can be days or weeks apart.

Applying

Applying is free. You apply to one program, either this one or the IB program, and switching is possible once you have been approved. Approval is not automatic, and your rates are confirmed as part of it.

Questions about a specific referral, a region, a threshold or a clawback go to your partner manager, or through the chat widget with your partner code.
