Earn
Earn covers the ways to make money with XBTFX that do not depend on your own trading. Two of them are partner programs, and they pay on completely different schedules. The third is managing capital for other people, which lives under Invest rather than here.
The Earn tab in the portal has three views: an Overview with a card per program, a dashboard for whichever partner program you are in, and Cashback. The middle tab reads IB Dashboard or Affiliate Dashboard depending on which one you were approved for. Each program keeps its own balance. The portal shows them side by side and does not add them together.
The two partner programs
Introducing Broker pays a rebate on volume. Every million your referred clients trade earns you a fixed amount, set by asset class and by your tier, and it keeps paying for as long as they keep trading.
Affiliate pays once. When a client you referred deposits, trades enough to hit a revenue target inside the qualification window and passes review, you get a single payment sized by their first deposit and their region.
| Introducing Broker | Affiliate | |
|---|---|---|
| What you earn on | Volume your clients trade | Clients who deposit and qualify |
| Payment | Recurring, for the client’s lifetime | One off, per qualified client |
| Published range | $5.50 to $300 per million traded | $20 to $1,850 per client |
| What raises it | Active traders and monthly volume | First deposit size and region |
The headline figures are the top of each rate card, not typical amounts. $300 per million is US and Asia stocks at the highest IB tier. $1,850 is a client depositing $20,000 or more in the highest paying region. Both pages carry the full tables.
Neither program costs anything to apply to. You apply to one of them, and
switching is possible after you are approved. Whichever one you are in, your
partner code and referral links are in the dashboard header, and you get a
code of the matching shape: IB-000009 for an Introducing Broker,
AFF-000014 for an affiliate.
Cashback
Cashback is the one thing here you can receive without being a partner at all. An IB can give part of their rebate back to the clients they referred, and XBTFX runs its own promotions. If an offer covers your account the credits arrive on their own, and if none does, the tab says so.
Managing money for others
Running a strategy that other people put money into is not a partner program and does not appear in the Earn section of the portal. It sits under Invest, where you create a PAMM fund, a MAM strategy or a Copy strategy and charge your investors a performance, subscription, management or volume fee.
The two do connect. Each strategy has a Partners tab where you hand a share of your own fee income to someone who brings you investors. That is separate from the IB and Affiliate programs, and it is paid out of your fee rather than charged on top of it.
Published rates are the public rate card. Your own terms, thresholds and payout windows are confirmed when your application is approved, and your partner dashboard is the record that counts. Ask through the chat widget or your partner manager if the two ever disagree.
