How to Register

Your XBTFX portal login is one email address and password covering wallets, transfers, and every trading platform. You create it once, then open trading accounts underneath it.

Which path you take depends on whether you have traded with XBTFX before.

If you already have an XBTFX account

Accounts from the previous portal were carried over, but passwords were not. Activate your account to set a portal password.

1. Go to portal.xbtfx.com/signup.
2. Under Activate account, enter the email address on your existing XBTFX account and select Email me an activation code.
3. Check your email for the code. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then select Send another code.
4. Enter the code in Activation code, then set your password in Create password and repeat it in Confirm password.
5. Select Activate account.

Your balances, trading accounts, and verification status stay as they were. You are setting a new portal password, not opening a new account.

If you no longer have access to the email address on your XBTFX account, do not register a second account. Contact support using the chat widget so the address can be changed on your existing one.

If you are new to XBTFX

1. Go to portal.xbtfx.com/signup.
2. Enter your email address under Create account and select Continue.
3. Follow the prompts in the portal to finish setting up your login.

You can use Google or Apple instead of an email address and password. Your XBTFX account is then tied to that provider, so you sign in the same way each time rather than with an XBTFX password.

Signing in

Sign in at portal.xbtfx.com/login with your email address and password. You can also sign in with a passkey, or with Google or Apple if you registered that way.

If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you are asked for the six-digit code from your authenticator app. Select Use a backup code instead if you cannot reach the app.

If you forget your password

1. Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address to request a reset code.
3. Enter the code from the email, then set a new password.

Old portal bookmarks redirect to the new service, but you should save the new address directly. The sign-in page is at portal.xbtfx.com/login. If your password manager will not fill the form, update the saved entry to the new address.

What happens next

A portal login on its own does not let you trade. You still need to complete verification and open a trading account, both of which you do from inside the portal once you are signed in. Funding, platform setup, and account types are covered elsewhere in Account.

If something goes wrong

Open the chat widget in the corner. Support can see whether an account already exists for your email address, which this page cannot.
