Wallets & Funding
Money arrives in a wallet first and moves to a trading account second. That catches people out, because funding your account and being able to trade are two separate steps in the portal.
You have a wallet for each currency and coin we support, so a USD deposit and a USDT deposit land in different places. The Wallet tab lists them all with the total in USD at the top. The one exception is a crypto deposit, which can go straight to a trading account if you tell it to.
Articles
- Deposit Crypto, for sending USDT, BTC or another supported coin on-chain. This is how most clients fund an account, and the only route that can credit a trading account directly.
- Deposit by Bank Card, for funding a USD or EUR wallet with a Visa or Mastercard.
- Deposit by Bank Transfer, for a SEPA transfer into your EUR wallet.
- Convert, for swapping one wallet asset for another without moving money off the platform.
- Transfers, for moving money between a wallet and a trading account in either direction.
- Withdrawals, for sending money out as crypto or by SEPA, and for locking withdrawals to addresses you trust.
