Skrill or Volet may still charge you their own fees for sending or receiving. Those are between you and them, and they don’t show up in the portal.

Skrill is on request

In the portal’s deposit list, Skrill is marked By request and takes EUR or USD. It isn’t available in the EEA, the UK or Japan. If you’re outside those and want to use it, ask in the chat widget and support will tell you whether it can be switched on for your account.

Volet

If Volet isn’t among the methods you see in the portal, the chat widget is again the place to ask. Support can see which methods your account has.

Getting your money out

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, the same as every other method. The times in the table above are how long the money takes to reach your e-wallet after that.
